Hellenic Ministry of Administrative Reconstruction will participate in the proposed action as the responsible body for e-government and public administration reform in Greece. HMI will be the national co-ordinator of the Greek applicants, considering also its technical expertise gained by participation to the STORK, SPOCS and the e-SENS projects, where HMI holds the position of the leader of the Business Lifecycle Domain and the position of the National Coordinator. HMIAR has already an plan for the development of eIDAS node in Greece.

The Public Limited Company Correos y Telégrafos, S.A. was founded on 29 June 2001 pursuant to the provisions of Article 58 of Law 14/2000, of 29 December, on Fiscal, administrative and social order measures.The Council of Ministers resolution of 16 March 2012, approving the public business and state foundation sector Restructuring and Rationalisation Plan, published in HAP Order/583/2012, of 20 March, established a change of ownership of Correos, among other measures, with the subsequent incorporation of all the shares in favour of SEPI.

The University of the Aegean (short name: UAegean) is ranked as one of the most scientifically productive universities in Greece. The University’s connection with Greek and foreign Universities, Research Institutions and Businesses, UAegean’s fully equipped laboratories and workshops and the excellent quality of its scientific and research staff have resulted into excellent results. The University of Murcia (UMU) is a big-sized University with approximately 36.000 students and 3.500 staff members that is ubicated in south-eastern Spain. The Department of Communications and Information Engineering, belongs to the Faculty of Informatics, has a deep knowledge in identity management, security services, control access, domotics, inhome networking and smartcards developments. Indeed, UMU has been collaborating in different national and international research projects, and establishing collaborations with important international research institutions.

  • A1. Project cordination: This activity is the foundation point for LEPS execution. The main objetive is to ensure the effective management of the project and the coordination within the Consortium.
  • A2. Business Requirements, Integration and Testing Planning: This activity will result in a complete technical design of the project operations, as well as in a methodology and a framework for testing the functionality of the elD infrastructure developed by the Action.
  • A3. Customization of Spanish Postal Services and Integration with cIDAS Infrastructure.
